I’m Mollie, a UX Designer with a passion for creating simple, efficient, and engaging experiences.

My journey into UX began when I realized that, as an educator, I had spent years designing learning experiences—simplifying complex topics, structuring information for clarity, and ensuring that every interaction supported student success. With limited resources, I often created my own materials, crafting consistent, user-friendly experiences across presentations, lessons, and worksheets. Without knowing it, I was applying design thinking: testing, iterating, and refining based on feedback.

Now, as a UX Designer, I bring that same mindset to my work. I approach design with curiosity, a systems-thinking perspective, and a deep commitment to usability. If something isn’t working, I don’t assume the user is at fault—I analyze, adjust, and refine the design to address the feedback. I thrive on information gathering, collaboration, and crafting solutions that are logical to the user and maximise simplicity.

My fields of interest include education and EdTech, where I can merge my previous profession and domain knowledge with my passion for design. I’m also interested in wellness, outdoors, fitness, and mental health. Anything that positively impact the human experience is a curiosity for me.

A few other things to note: I am bilingual in Spanish. I backedbacked 500 miles in 28 days, and I summitted 20 of Colorado’s 14,000 foot peaks. I am a four stripe white belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
